PGL to announce information about the Europe Minor
The organizers of upcoming Major in Krakow announced details of the Europe Minor. “Minor” is a closed qualification, the winners of which will go to the most prestigious tournament in CS: GO – “Majeure”. These selections take place in four regions: the CIS, Europe, America and Asia.
The first stage of the selection will be in the form of four open qualifications, which will be held from April 27 to May 17.
After that, the TOP-8 teams from an open qualification will join another eight, invited by the organizers of a tournament. According to the Swiss system, 8 slots will be played between 16 teams, letting them participate in PGL Europe Minor. The Minor itself will be held from June 15-18 and will use the GSL system in the group stage, as well as the Double Elimination draw in the playoff.
