“Fear and hatred on bootcamp.” Ex-players Gambit Academy about leaving the organization

Former CS: GO players from Gambit Academy, who now name KUNGAR, told about the true reasons of leaving the organization. According to the former Gambitovites, the reason for leaving was very simple – “because the coach did not meet the requirements.”

“All the analyses from Tsaga were primitive, he offered very simple things, did not have a logical explanation for their implementation. Also, he did not explain the most primitive aspects of the game that were needed to create a common game style. “Before the important game  from the coach we heard “motivational speeches” like” If you give at least a map to these idiots go to hell”.

The coach did physical abuse:

“Two people from the team forgot to get out on the bootcamp, and the  Tsag and Malka sat reading our chats, but it would seem that there is such a big trouble, we have done so badly towards Tsaga. But then, after that they read the chats, they fraudulently lured Yegor “FuRy” Morin to the boot camp, and asked him to explain everything. The coach did physical abuse:

But then, after that they read the chats, they fraudulently lured Yegor “FuRy” Morin to the boot camp, and asked him to explain everything. After a brief conversation, the furious Tsaga inflicted certain physical abuse on Yegor. He smashed his lip, dropped it on the floor  ”

Players told about the situation with their slot in the ESEA Main tournament:

” At the end of April our line-up got 2 places in ESEA CS: GO Open Russia, and got a slot in ESEA Main. Tsaga decided that he deserved a slot on ESEA MAIN more than us, although in fact this slot was deserved only by our lineup and no one else. Tsaga said that if the slot does not give it, it will only get worse. Therefore, we must either give this slot to them or refuse to play in MAIN’e. ”

They tried to contact Gambit Esports director Konstantin “Groove” Pikeman to report the incident, but “all our messages were ignored.”

Also there were audio tapes with threats of Rustam TsaGa Tsagolov and a conversation with Nikita “PIOPI” Bagritsky about the situation with the slot for the tournament from UCC
